If your product is defective or not as described, kindly send us images that clearly demonstrate the damage via an email at support@personalchic.com. After reviewing your request, we will offer you the most reasonable solution by offering you a replacement.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If the 30-day period has passed, we can’t offer you a replacement.
