- Customer-Uploaded Image Quality Issues: For products using customer-uploaded images, files must meet minimum quality standards of at least 300 DPI resolution, with clear sharpness, proper lighting (no overexposure/glare), and no blur. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by low-quality images. If you have an address issue, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
