No complaints with my experience purchasing and the shipping. My gripe is with the actual mug itself. The 3D printing effect looks nice in the pictures on the website, but in person it makes this mug look cheap. It would look so much better without the 3D effect. Probably won't order from here again since the pictures are deceptive.
I bought 2 of the design your own bedtime t-shirts with myself on one of the t-shirts and one of our dogs and the other one with my wife and the other family dog.

This made a great gift for my partner, lovely quality and washes well! He did dispute the bald head which I picked but the grey hair choice looked a bit weird, I thought it was fine! He does like it!
