30-Day Return Policy

Returns for Defective/Damaged Items

  1. To initiate a return for defective or damaged items, please email us at support@personalchic.com.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue, along with a detailed description.
  3. We’ll process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
  4. For defective or damaged items, returning the product is not necessary. Just send us photos/videos as proof.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product has quality issues, you are not required to return it. We will take care of the cost and provide a refund or replacement.

Processing Return Requests

Allow 2-3 weeks for processing your return. Once we receive your item and it is scanned into our warehouse, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.
