No complaints with my experience purchasing and the shipping. My gripe is with the actual mug itself. The 3D printing effect looks nice in the pictures on the website, but in person it makes this mug look cheap. It would look so much better without the 3D effect. Probably won't order from here again since the pictures are deceptive.
The options for personalization were fantastic! It covered all the bases and certain colors/breeds for the animals. It could have been a bigger and maybe a little heavier wood

This made a great gift for my partner, lovely quality and washes well! He did dispute the bald head which I picked but the grey hair choice looked a bit weird, I thought it was fine! He does like it!
