Why did my item change from size L to size S after adding it to my basket?
If you've customized your product and made a change to the design, for example, switching the hair color from red to black, the size may reset to S. This is a default setting that occurs with certain design changes.

The tracking shows my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
